The room was reasonably large with a super comfy bed. I loved the garden. The coffee, tea, and milk provided were really appreciated. The location was magnificent, relatively close to Te Puia.

This suburban hotel offers a wide range of well-kept rooms. You can have toast, cereal and fresh fruit for breakfast. The location is quiet, 4 km from Whakarewarewa. And it's set in a lovely quiet area close enough to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions, Te Puia, and the centre of town...

Location: the hotel was short walk to center / restaurants, tourist places and restaurants and all Rotorua attractions. The staff was amiable and nice, helped a lot.

The newly furnished king room provided garden views and amenities like a kettle, toaster, and microwave, giving easy access to the garden.

This place has a fantastic location near the Town Centre, and the service is excellent with convenient onsite parking.

Our short stay at Studio On Sumner Bed & Breakfast exceeded our expectations. The room was incredibly spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The bed was luxuriously comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also had the pleasure of a private outdoor area, which was perfect for enjoying the balmy evenings. The hosts, Rose and Trevor, were exceptionally welcoming and lovely people.

The location of the B&B is superb, making it easily accessible to most sights in the city. Although there were only a few minor drawbacks, such as a limited number of power points in convenient locations, these were negligible compared to the overall superb experience.

The room was equipped with blackout curtains, a wise zoned lighting system, and a heat pump that kept us warm during the chilly weather. We enjoyed the fresh fruits provided during breakfast and the wide range of big shampoo and shower gel bottles that were provided, which demonstrated their sustainable practices. the location was convenient, only a short walk from the central area.

The weather was rainy, but it was comforting to know we chose the perfect accommodation that underlined our successful choice, and we didn't experience any negative aspects of our stay. we had an amazing time and highly recommend taking advantage of this top-quality and friendly accommodation during your next visit.

The location of this BnB is great, as it's quite close to the city centre and Stadium. the room is well-equipped, the bathroom is nice, and the hosts are friendly and helpful. the breakfast is good, and the view is lovely.

The flies in the bathroom were a bit of a nuisance.

Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit and a refreshing glass of orange juice. I found this hotel to be excellent value for money, with attention to detail and high-quality facilities.
